Our PTs will work with you to develop an individualised exercise plan, health goals, and may provide advice on other Allied Health supports.

Natasha specialises in body building, fitness, strength and conditioning training – perfect for those looking to compete, tone and gain physical strength!

Natasha is available Monday to Friday from 9.00am.
