BUTTS & GUTS
Tuesday 6.00PM
30 minute session combining the best variety of glute and abdominal excersuse that are sure to hit the spot!

CIRCUIT
Tuesday 6.30PM
1 hour session combining boxing, plyometric training and function training to get your heart pumping!

CORE ABS & BOOTCAMP
Thursday 7.30PM
1 hour session beginning with a focus on core strength, following with a combination of cardio, plyometric training, and functional training, to whip you into shape and leave you feeling strong and toned!
Classes are FREE for all members and $5 for non-members
