What are your opening hours?

We are a 24/7 gym for our 12 Month Members and our Direct Debit Members only

For casual visits and all other members, we are staffed:

Monday-Friday: 7am-9pm

Saturday: 7am-4pm

How do I sign up for a membership?

To join, you must visit our centre in person at 244 Settlement Road, Thomastown, 3074 VIC.

If you're signing up for the discounted 12 Month Concession membership, please bring your student ID or concession card as proof.

If you're signing up for a Direct Debit Membership, please bring your driver’s licence.

If you’d like to trial the gym before joining, just speak to our staff - we’ll be happy to offer you a free training session before you commit!

What is your casual entry price?

Casual entry to our facilities is only $5 per session and limited to staffed hours only.

How do I get a 24/7 access pass?

24/7 access is available as an optional add-on for our 12 Month and Direct Debit members only.

To get your pass, there is a $20 cash bond, which is fully refundable if/when you return the pass.

You can add 24/7 access at any time - just ask our team at reception.

Do you have in-house group fitness classes?

We offer various in-house group fitness classes at no charge for members and $5 for non-members. You can access the class schedule and book via our Instagram bio link, reception, or phone.

Can I suspend my membership?

Suspensions can be granted to our Direct Debit Members only, after the minimum three-month commitment period has been fulfilled.

To suspend your membership, please follow these instructions:

Email info@vivafitnessclub.com.au with your full name and request to suspend, specifying the exact date you would like your suspension to commence and end. Await email confirmation of suspension approval.

Can I cancel my Membership?

Cancellations can be made by our Direct Debit Members only, after the minimum three-month commitment period has been fulfilled.

To cancel your membership, please follow these instructions:

Email info@vivafitnessclub.com.au with your full name and a clear request to cancel. Please specify the exact date you would like your cancellation to take effect. Await email confirmation of your cancellation being processed.

How do I book a beauty service?

Looks By Brooke Clinic is located inside our gym! To book or enquire about a beauty service, you can:

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
